Learning Objects or Learning Assets?
General Anderson from DAU was the first keynote presenter at this year's symposium. He talked about creating learning assets which caught my attention. Then Kathleen Gilory gave her keynote and also used the term learning assets. So this got me thinking. Is learning assets a new term for learning objects? Should it be? I kind of like the term learning asset. But isn't learning inherently an asset? I have to think more about this.
